2. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order through our website, apps, or via a third-party delivery service, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

 

3. Service Area and Delivery

We currently deliver only within Reykjavík and surrounding areas. Delivery is available only to the following postal codes:
101, 102, 103, 104, 105, 106, 107, 108, 109, 110, 111, 112, 113, 170, 200, 201, 202, 203, 210, 220, 221, 225.

Estimated delivery time is 45 minutes, but this may vary due to factors outside our control such as weather, traffic, or courier availability.

We reserve the right to cancel any order, including but not limited to the following reasons:

  • Orders placed outside our delivery area

  • Unsafe delivery conditions

  • Suspicion of fraudulent or suspicious behavior

  • Unexpected kitchen closures or high order volume

Customers will be notified as soon as possible if an order is cancelled. If your order is cancelled and has not yet been dispatched, you will receive a full refund.

 

4. Product Information

All of our dishes are prepared fresh daily. Please note that our menu may contain allergens such as fish, shellfish, soy, gluten, sesame, and more.

Ingredients and contents are subject to change without notice. Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient information carefully before placing an order, especially in the case of allergies or intolerances.

 

5. Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in Icelandic króna (ISK) and include VAT.
We accept payments through Verifone.
All payments are securely processed at checkout.

 

6. Cancellation Policy

Once your order has been confirmed and preparation has started, it cannot be cancelled.

If you wish to cancel immediately after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at:

We will do our best to accommodate your request, but cancellations are not guaranteed once kitchen preparation has begun.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of our services, including delivery delays or allergic reactions.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
